The location of the hotel is great as it is right in the centre of Madrid, not far from Sol metro station. There are fantastic restaurants nearby where you can enjoy delicious meals. the rooms are comfortable and clean, with some even having a balcony and a minibar. the staff provides excellent service and is knowledgeable about the city's attractions. the 24-hour service adds to the feeling of safety and security.
The noise from the nearby nightclub may be bothersome for light sleepers.

The personal is very helpfull and friendly. The Room has a free minibar with water coca-cola and beer. It´s a very economic place to stay.
The rooms are very small. Underneath the hotel there are a lot of very noisy bars it´s very dificult to sleep. But regarding the price (40€/night) we can´t complain!

What can I say? This place exceeded all my expectations! The room was more than spacious, but let me tell you, the bathroom was absolutely mind-blowing! It was recently renovated, and the shower had this amazing massage option that was a game-changer. And the Wi-Fi? Super strong and reliable, no complaints there. Yeah, the reception was in a different building, but it was literally just around the corner, so not a big deal at all. And let's talk about the location. Perfect! Just a stone's throw away from Plaza del Sol and there's this incredible restaurant called Nova Galicia where the food was to die for. Huge portions and super affordable. Speaking of sleep, the bed was like sleeping on a cloud, and the guy at reception was so helpful. The only downside was that the bathroom was tiny, but hey, I can live with that. The neighborhood was awesome too, with lots of restaurants and bars nearby, and Puerta del Sol and the metro station were just a short walk away. Oh, and here's a bonus - you can leave your luggage at the reception after you check out. Can this place get any better? I think not!

They have a computer:)), a tv & a fridge in their rooms! :) That was a nice surprize, esspecially for that price. The location was great!
The rooms in the pictures look way bigger :) Might be a little to loud for people of age, especially the rooms with the windows to the street :)

There is a very good location.
The room is dark and small. The reseption is situated in another building. Also there is no bathroom in your room, you have to go thought the corridor to your private bathroom, that is very uncomfortable.

The value for money at this hotel was excellent. The room was comfortable and well-maintained, with a cozy bed and instant hot water. The location was perfect, just a short walk from Sol metro station and the city center. We loved exploring the nearby restaurants and bars, and the staff were incredibly helpful and attentive.
The only area for improvement would be the breakfast option.

The hostel is located in the heart of the city, close to many nice tapas bars and yet the room was rather quet. Perfect. I would go for this hostel again on my next trip to Madrid.

I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at 12 Rooms. The location was fantastic, with plenty of nearby amenities and attractions. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing excellent recommendations for food and entertainment. The room was clean and reasonably priced, perfect for a place to sleep and store my belongings. Even though there were some stairs to climb, I didn't mind as the exercise was good for me. I had a great experience at 12 Rooms and would recommend it to others.

Staff (friendly and good English speaking) and free walking tour + free water & coke every day
No lift, so very hard to climb with suitcases on 3d floor; our room was located near front door, so it was very noisy (door often was clapping and people loudly speaking)
